This option is ideal for dancers who want individualized programming and ongoing coaching support.

With Customized Strength Coaching, you’ll receive a fully personalized strength program built around your goals, injury history, and rehearsal or performance schedule. You’ll have regular virtual check-ins, open communication with your coach, and optional Zoom calls to ensure your program continues to evolve as you do.​

This path is best for dancers who want hands-on guidance, accountability, and a program that adapts with their career.

Strength Foundations Program
The Strength Foundations Program is a lower-cost, non-customized option designed for dancers who want structure and professional guidance, but prefer to train independently.
​
You’ll follow a progressive, dancer-specific strength program delivered through an easy-to-use app. This option provides clear structure, flexibility, and proven programming without ongoing customization or live coaching.

This path is best for dancers who are self-motivated, currently healthy, and want expert-designed strength training on their own schedule.
