We offer dancer-specific, customized remote strength coaching designed to optimize performance, reduce injury risk, and help you move confidently beyond physical therapy while supporting long-term career longevity.

You’ll receive a fully personalized strength program built around your goals, injury history, and rehearsal and performance schedule. Ongoing coaching support provides accountability and flexibility, and is designed to increase your dance capacity while reducing your risk of injury.
Your program will be delivered through an easy-to-use app, and will include weekly virtual check-ins, open communication with your coach, and optional video chats to ensure your program continues to evolve as you do.
