This remote service is designed specifically for dancers who want to move beyond rehabilitation and into long-term performance support through strength training.

Whether you are a professional, pre-professional, or recreational dancer, this program is ideal if you want to feel stronger, more powerful and more resilient in the studio and on stage.

This is for dancers who:

  • Feel like their technique or performance has plateaued despite frequent classes and rehearsals

  • Are tired of dealing with recurring pain or seasonal injuries

  • Have completed physical therapy and feel unsure how to safely continue getting stronger

  • Know they should be strength training, but feel overwhelmed, short on time, or unsure where to start

How can we help?

We offer dancer-specific, customized remote strength coaching designed to optimize performance, reduce injury risk, and help you move confidently beyond physical therapy while supporting long-term career longevity.

​

You’ll receive a fully personalized strength program built around your goals, injury history, and rehearsal and performance schedule. Ongoing coaching support provides accountability and flexibility, and is designed to increase your dance capacity while reducing your risk of injury. 

Your program will be delivered through an easy-to-use app, and will include weekly virtual check-ins, open communication with your coach, and optional video chats to ensure your program continues to evolve as you do.

The first step is to schedule a discovery call. This allows us to learn more about your goals, training schedule, and injury history so we can determine if this is the right path for you.
